Dr Mark Farrall

Dr Mark Farrall is the founder & Director of ignition.

He is a Chartered Psychologist & Forensic Psychologist, and a qualified psychotherapist, as well as once being a full member of Equity.

Mark is also a visiting lecturer at several universities.

Amanda Bremble

Dr Amanda Bremble is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience of devising & delivering training, supervision and consultation.

She is an experienced trainer and therapist in family work with experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.

Amanda is a Lead Associate for ignition's family work.

Hilary Dawson

Hilary Dawson

Hilary worked as Probation Officer before a taking a degree in Community Theatre from the prestigious Rose Bruford school.

Hilary is a lead Associate for ignition in the delivery of training focussing on these methods, and worked with the company training supervisors in the Family Nurse Partnership.

Lucy Emlyn-Jones

Lucy Emlyn-Jones

Between 2009 and 2011, Lucy was a lead trainer for Ignition on the Family Nurse Partnership.

More recently, she has delivered the Modules of the MI-based supportive environment training for the Integrated Family Support Service (IFSS) across Wales.

Ian Pringle

Ian is an experienced group worker & facilitator, with a background in applied theatre in prison & probation. He has also worked with disadvantaged young people, learning disabled groups and mental health patients.

Ian is a skilled role-player/facilitator in ignition's Life Scenario bespoke training team.

Juliet Raynsford

Juliet has a long history in the educational uses of theatre, following work as a facilitator in prisons & probation with a position at Birmingham Repertory Theatre as Education Manager.

She now specialises in work with children experiencing profound & multiple learning disabilities and is a skilled role-player/facilitator in ignition's Life Scenario bespoke training team.

Cheryl Scammells

Cheryl Scammels

Cheryl has been working as a counsellor in the statutory sector for nearly twenty years, and is member and supervisor of the Cardiff Community Alcohol & Drug Team.

Cheryl is an experienced trainer and member of the International Network of trainers in Motivational Interviewing (MINT)
