'Empowering Practice' book to be launched at International Conference

The final manuscript of  'Empowering Therapeutic Practice: Integrating Psychodrama into Other Therapies'   was today delivered to the leading publisher, Jessica Kingsley.

Dr Mark Farrall, co-editor of the book, said "We are hoping to help break down the barriers that make other mental health professionals anxious about 'action' methods like psychodrama. It is such a powerful approach and the methods can be so beneficial to clients and patients, even if not doing 'full' psychodrama"

The book will be launched in collaboration with the international conference of the British Psychodrama Association (BPA) and the Psychodrama Section of the International Association for Group Psychotherapy and Group Processes (IAGP), to be held in London in August 2014.
