Over a very brief period since December 2015, Ignition has trained nearly 40 prison and probation staff in Estonia in the group and one to one versions of the Strength to Change programme for substance misuse.
This week the company has back, to assess trainees.
Dr Mark Farrall said: "The timescales of the project have been very compressed; the vast majority of the trianees have not yet had an opportunity to deliver the programmes or gain experience of the action techniques. Yet the assessors saw examples of practice which were of a very high standard and if delivered to offenders tomorrow, would be both safe and useful.

Ignition returns to Estonia in the very near future for training a selcted group as supervisors in the programmes.
